Refund Policy

There are no returns or refunds for any subscription box. No exceptions.

Damages and Issues

All of our products are dehydrated anywhere from 10-24 hours. This process acts as an adhesive since all products go in wet to come out dry and hard. It is nearly impossible for any element to fall off excessively or break. On occasion it is possible for something to get damaged in transit at no fault of The Upscale Bunny or you. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 72 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
If any products have been damaged in transit. We will ask you to send us photos of the box and items damaged. After evaluation we will issue you an exchange shipping label to return the damaged products. Once the damaged products are in our possession, we will ship out new products free of charge. You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase in order for us to process an exchange.
